Kelly A. Riordan joined the Law Offices of Miriam G. Altman, P.C. as an associate in 2006. Her practice includes all aspects of family law litigation including divorce, custody, child support, contempt and modification matters.
Ms. Riordan manages all facets of divorce, modification and contempt case development, including drafting complaints, motions, briefs and memoranda, conducting necessary research, presenting oral arguments at Court hearings, drafting and negotiating agreements.
Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Ms. Riordan earned her Juris Doctor from New England School of Law, where she received the New England School of Law Merit Scholarship. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Riordan received her B.A, magna cum laude, from Providence College. While at Providence, Ms. Riordan served as an intern for Associate Justice Haiganush Bedrosian at the Rhode Island Family Court in Providence, Rhode Island.
